VISITOR ATTRACTIONS FOR TOURISM & LEISURE PROJECTS

Attract More Visitors. Increase Revenue. Create Lasting Experiences.

KristallTurm Hochseilgarten als Erweiterung eines Resort auf Kuba

Visitors are no longer choosing destinations based solely on location. More than ever, memorable experiences influence where people travel, stay and spend their leisure time. At the same time, operators, developers and investors have to ensure that new attractions generate measurable value and contribute to the long-term success of a project.

Well-designed visitor attractions can become powerful drivers of tourism growth. They attract new audiences, increase dwell time, create additional revenue opportunities and strengthen the competitive position of a destination.

However, not every attraction delivers the same results. Successful concepts combine strong visual impact, broad audience appeal, high visitor capacity and efficient operations to create sustainable economic value.

WHY A KristallTurm® high ropes course?

For more than 15 years, KristallTurm® has been developing and delivering visitor attractions for tourism and leisure projects worldwide. More than just recreational facilities, our installations help destinations attract visitors, increase dwell time and unlock new revenue streams.

HIGH CAPACITY on a compact footprint

Available space is often limited and valuable, making efficient land use a key consideration for tourism and leisure developments. Thanks to their vertical and compact design, KristallTurm® High Ropes Courses offer exceptional visitor capacity within a relatively small footprint. Our signature model, the KristallTurm® KT-18 High Ropes Course, accommodates up to 160 participants simultaneously on an area of just 900 m². The tower’s concept allows climbers to choose their own routes freely, ensuring a continuous visitor flow and minimizing congestion, even during peak periods.

Broad Appeal

KristallTurm® High Ropes Courses are designed to appeal to a wide range of age groups and visitor segments. Thanks to multiple routes and varying levels of difficulty, both beginners and experienced climbers can enjoy the attraction at their own pace. Our High Ropes Courses are typically suitable for visitors aged 8 and above. By adding a dedicated kids´ course below the first level of the tower, the attraction can also cater to families with children as young as 3 years old, further expanding its audience reach. Add-Ons such as observation decks, giant swings or other adventure elements can be made accessible to non-climbing visitors as well, creating additional visitor experiences and revenue opportunities beyond the core attraction.

Where High Ropes Courses Create Value.

Demand for active outdoor experiences continues to grow, but not every location offers the same opportunities. High ropes courses are especially effective at locations with existing visitor traffic, such as resorts, campgrounds, theme parks and established tourist attractions. They can also serve as a flagship attraction for new tourism developments, helping to attract visitors and increase destination appeal.
